By accessing or using Kindyra ("the Service") operated by Kindness Community Foundation (KCF LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kindyra provides AI-powered resume building, ATS analysis, interview preparation, and related career tools. The Service is provided free of charge with optional premium features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent resume content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any part of the Service.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the AI endpoints.
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to inject harmful code.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to assist in generating resume content and career advice. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. KCF LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any specific job application. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use.

6. Intellectual Property

The resume content you create belongs to you. The Service's software, design, and branding are the property of KCF LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KCF LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@kindnesscommunityfoundation.com.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
